Lead Time Products
Some products are imported to order and carry a 10–14 business day lead time from the date of your order. This is clearly noted on the product page. We'll keep you updated via email.
Returns Policy
We are committed to providing high-quality products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return authorisation.

Defective Items Only: Returns are accepted for defective products only. Please note that we do not accept returns for any other reason, including buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or items damaged due to misuse.
- If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours at info@scalerc.co.za with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

No Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges for any products. If a product is found defective and qualifies for return, we will issue a refund.
